One color is one vowel sound, so two syllables sharing a color rhyme. "climate" and "grind it" match on sound, not letters, and the notches show the syllables inside each rhyme. Related sounds sit near each other, so a color that looks close to another sounds close to it. Words that don't rhyme stay plain.
Nowhere. The engine, the phonetic dictionary and the speech model download into your browser and run on your machine. There is no server to send them to. Unreleased verses and first drafts stay yours. It's the architecture, so it can't quietly change in a policy update.
Click the syllable and correct it. You can link it to another rhyme or take its color away entirely. Your corrections are kept against that verse, survive a reload, and carry through to the image, the card and the video.
